N Gage problem in n95 8Gb

hello
i have updated my firmware from 10.0.015 to 20.0.015 and after updating i am unable to Open n gage v 1.10.
In v10.0.015 i installed that and it was working perfect but in v20.0.015 i only installed but could not open.
Plz help
how to install built in N gage?
bcoz sometime it gives Update Error
