unlocking 6630 vodafone

Help!!! Can anyone help me unlock my phone n6630 vodafone. i cant upgrade it to new firmware because of the carrier restriction..i used the nokia updater and no new firmware is approved by the carrier. By the way, im using it already here in the philippines.. Can anyone help pls???
